Purchasing terms:

Please make sure that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions before placing an order on our website.

Note that all prices shown on our website are in NOK and include VAT. WILD WOOL does not guarantee that all items in the webshop are available at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, you will be notified and refunded.

WILD WOOL may, at any time, amend the contents of the website, and although we strives to provide the correct text, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. Hence, the information provided on www.wildwool.no may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and unfortunately WILD WOOL cannot guarantee that all information is up-to-date at all times.

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers placing an order on www.wildwool.no, under the age of 18.

Shipping terms:

After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation via email. WILD WOOL process orders within 1 business day, subject to availability and unless the order is a pre-order. When an order is shipped the customer will receive an email notification via email. Your order is sent via Bring Posten, which takes 3-5 business days. If the parcel does not fit into your mail box, you will be notified about where you can pick up your parcel.

In the event where WILD WOOL is sold out or during holidays or other busy times for Bring Posten, the delivery time may be longer than 3-5 business days. If the processing time is longer than 3-5 business days, the customer is free to choose to cancel the order or to pick up the order in our shop. If so, please contact us by email: post@wildwool.no

Currently WILD WOOL only ships to Norway.

Delivery costs:

Shipping and postage in conjunction with exchanges/returns are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or that the customer has received the wrong item. Returns must be sent by letter or as a package, not as COD (postoppkrav). When exchanging an item, WILD WOOL pays freight and postage on the new item when shipping it.

Payment alternatives:

With WILD WOOL you can pay with debit and credit cards; Visa, Mastercard or Vipps. When you pay by card, it is our payment partners Stripe or Vipps which handles card details. They can guarantee a secure and fast payment.

Return and exchanges:

A consumer has the right to exchange/return the order 14 days from receiving an order confirmation (jf. Angrerettloven). This applies to ordinarily sold items and sale items, ordered through www.wildwool.no.

When returning or exchanging an item, please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in the original packaging with WILD WOOL tags still attached. We will not exchange/return items that are used or washed. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The shipping cost is not refunded when returning/exchanging an item.

If a customer wishes to exchange/return an order, please send an email to: post@wildwool.no as soon as possible. This way, WILD WOOL may hold the item that the customer wishes to exchange to.

Please include the following in the email:

  • order number
  • item you wish to exchange/return
  • reason for exchange/return
  • what item you would like to receive in exchange

When exchanging/returning an order, please fill out the «Angreskjema ved kjøp av varer og tjenester som ikke er finansielle tjenester» which came in the original order, and send the item(s) that should be exchanged/returned to the following address:

The customer will have to pay for the exchange/return when sending an order back to WILD WOOL.

WILD WOOL will handle your exchange/return as quickly as possible. Normally this will be within 5 business days. In special cases, it may take up to 10 business days before we receive your exchange/return. Shipping costs and or freight will not be refunded.

Complaints and Damages:

WILD WOOL guarantees that the customer will receive the order in a faultless and good condition. Should the customer receive a faulty or wrong order, please contact us by email: post@wildwool.no as soon as possible, no later than 10 business days after receiving the order. If WILD WOOL accepts the return/complaint, send the order back in faultless and good condition to the following address:

Colors and Images:

WILD WOOL will do its utmost to ensure that the items and the colors look as similar on the images to reality. How the colors look on the screen may vary as the customers may have various data -and display settings.

Trademarks:

Our trademarks include but are not limited to the WILD WOOL name and logo. Please note that your use of this website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

Governing Law:

These terms & conditions shall apply to the use of and orders placed on www.wildwool.no, www.wildwool.com, www.minimerino.com and www.minimerino.no, and are complied in accordance with Norwegian law and the Norwegian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
