After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation via email. WILD WOOL process orders within 1 business day. When an order is shipped the customer will receive an email notificatin via email. Your order is sent via Posten with «Pakke i Postkassen» which takes 3-5 business days. If the parcel does not fit into your mail box, you will be notified about where you can pick up your order.
In the event where WILD WOOL is sold out or during holidays or other busy times for Posten, the delivery time may be longer than 3-5 business days. Then the customer is free to cancel the order, or pick up the order in our shop. If so, please contact us by email: email@example.com
Unfortunately WILD WOOL only ship to Norway at this time.
Shipping and postage in conjunction with exchanges/returns are charged by the customer, unless the item is defective or that the customer has received the wrong item. Returns must be sent by letter or as a package, not as COD (postoppkrav). When exchanging an item, WILD WOOL pays freight and postage on the new item we ship out.
With WILD WOOL you can pay with debit and credit cards; Visa, Mastercard or Vipps. When you pay by card, it is our payment partner DIBS which handles card details. They can guarantee a secure and fast payment.
Return, exchange and open purchase:
WILD WOOL offers you the right to exchange/return your order 30 days from the order is shipped. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in the original packaging with WILD WOOL tags still attached. We will not exchange/return items that are used or washed. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Items bought on sale may be exchanged for other sale items within 10 business days, but may not be returned. In such case, the customer pays freight and postage on the new item we ship out again.
If a customer wishes to exchange/return an order, please send an email to:firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. This way, WILD WOOL may hold the item that the customer wishes to exchange to.

When exchanging/returning an order, please fill out the «Angreskjema ved kjøp av varer og tjenester som ikke er finansielle tjenester» which came in the original order, and send the item(s) that should be exchanged/returned to the following address:

The customer will have to pay for the exchange/return when sending an order back to WILD WOOL.
WILD WOOL will handle your exchange/return as quickly as possible. Normally this will be within 5 business days. In special cases, it may take up to 10 business days before we receive your exchange/return.
Complaints and Damages:
WILD WOOL guarantees that the customer will receive the order in a faultless and good condition. Should the customer receive a faulty or wrong order, please contact us by email: email@example.com as soon as possible, no later than 10 business days after receiving the order. If WILD WOOL accepts the return/complaint, send the order back in faultless and good condition to the following address:

All orders shipped by WILD WOOL are insured. It is therefore important that the customer notify us as soon as possible in the case where the order is damaged or has disappeared in transportation. The customer should not accept an order from the transporter in case the order I damaged, because if customer accept it, the insurance does not apply.
Colors and Images:
WILD WOOL will do its utmost to ensure that the items and the colors look as similar on the images to reality. How the colors look on the screen may vary as the customers may have various data -and display settings.
